PMP and CAPM Exam Preparation
Our 5 day Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) course is designed to not only prepare you to pass the world’s leading project management credentials but also get you to understand and be able to put into practice the collective experience of The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). We don’t run boot camps! Our courses run 1 day a week for five weeks to suit your work schedule and assist with retention and understanding of the information. We use a variety of teaching techniques to make sure we communicate effectively with you and all of our instructors are PMP certified themselves. Course fees do not include PMI exam fees which must be paid directly to PMI.

Project Management for Small Business
This 2 day seminar and workshop introduces you to everything you need to know to understand and apply appropriate project management practise for your small business (or small project). The profession of project management can be scary and daunting with all the possible processes, tools and techniques. This 2 day course will go over all the tools you need to be able to build your own successful project management method. You will learn about appropriate methodologies and appropriate selection of tools, templates and processes to support your methodology.
